Description of Services
Alta Driving School provides driver education and training services, which may include classroom instruction, online coursework, and in-vehicle behind-the-wheel lessons, in accordance with applicable Utah driver education requirements. Course availability, curriculum, and pricing are subject to change.
Enrollment and Eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during enrollment, including proof of age, permit status, and any documentation required by the Utah Driver License Division or other applicable authority. We reserve the right to decline or postpone instruction if required documentation is not provided.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Lessons and appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact our office as far in advance as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the scheduled lesson time, as communicated to you at the time of booking. Payments and Refunds
Payment for lessons, packages, or courses is due as agreed at the time of booking or enrollment. Alta Driving does not offer any type of refunds. Any credit card or online payment is processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in a specific course agreement provided to you at enrollment.
Assumption of Risk and Liability
Driving instruction involves inherent risks associated with operating a motor vehicle. By enrolling in behind-the-wheel instruction, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow the reasonable instructions of Alta Driving School instructors during lessons. Separate waiver, consent, or liability release forms may be required before behind-the-wheel instruction begins and, where applicable, must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for minor Students.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alta Driving School, its instructors, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
